Vulnerability Is The Truest Form Of Self-Confidence And Strength!

Your lack of courage to open up because of your fear of what other’s might think about you, is one of the greatest causes to your anxiety.

This Is Who I Am!

Vulnerability is the truest form of self-confidence and strength because that’s literally saying, “This is who I am!”, to the world and your message is simply, “Accept me or not, but I don’t give a fuck!

You’re sharing your story, sharing your core, you don’t have that facade, you’re not hiding anything, you’re just telling people how it is…

If they want to accept that, they can. If they don’t, they can move on.

Be Authentic & Honest With Yourself.

It’s so much easier to live your life in vulnerability and honesty because then you don’t have to be second guessing yourself all the time. I’m sure many of you can relate!

All the weaknesses you’re afraid to share and all the things you’re afraid for people to find out about you… those are actually the things you need to say the most because the more you keep it in, the more constraint you feel.

Creativity and flow can’t happen with all that constraint.

They Really Don’t Care!

At the end of the day, it’s pretty much more about how you are judging yourself because you think that the world is judging you, but in reality, most people are just too stuck in their own head judging themselves that actually no one gives a fuck about you.

People are dealing with their own head trash so why would they put their head trash in yours, when you’re already dealing with a lot.

The thing you gotta realize is, this is all just a mind game and you’re just creating a prison for your mind.

Take Out Your Head Trash.

Once you get rid of all those thoughts, you will finally be able to overcome vulnerability altogether.

You will be stronger than ever because you won’t give a damn about what anyone thinks.

You won’t have anything to hide because you are true with yourself and you can live freely.
